The World of International Business Law
"Relevant and Accessible"
For Universities, Business Schools and commercial enterprises, I create and deliver relevant, focussed courses to suit your specific requirements. These may be intensive 30 hour short-courses delivered over a few days; weekend courses or a full semester of teaching. Teaching can be undertaken during the academic year and in the summer months.
Programmes can be structured to complement existing validated courses or provide learning and understanding of a specific topic. They take into consideration accompanying modules and relate subject principles to existing business practice and current economic realities.
Specific topics include:
Business relationships in developing markets – agencies, supply agreements, joint venture agreements
[Macro-economic factors and business development
Business students explore these subjects contextually and in a language accessible to all mother-tongues. This equips the future manager and decision-taker to recognise legal situations when they arise in commercial life and be able to discuss solutions meaningfully with the professional experts.
